If you have a layover in Singapore there is a free bus tour offered to see the city in under 3 hours.. but be sure to book asap once you arrive... it gets sold out pretty quick...you can enjoy sign up for this tour if:

You are a transiting passenger of Singapore Changi Airport.
Your layover period is at least 5.5 hours but less than 24 hours, and your flight schedule fits with tour timings (refer here for more Tour info).
